Our Martial Arts programs are based on decades of experience and suited to all ages. We start with our Tiny Tigers and progress through to adult Mixed Martial Arts

A big Thank you to the team at Synergy. The Vikings group took some of our staff to an Eyes Wide Open seminar and had an awesome time.

What was taught is something we can take into our everyday lives and they showed us not only how to defend yourself but how to avoid getting yourself into unsafe situations. The staff now report they are walking around in a yellow state and are aware of what is going on in their surroundings. They ensured it was relevant to both our working Club life and our personal life.

We will most certainly be back to allow more of our staff to feel more confident and safe.

These guys really know their stuff and their passion for teaching others is very clear. Would recommend this to people of all ages and physical abilities.
