ChickFIT Boxing is a women’s only class – offering a fun, friendly, supportive environment to train and change your body shape. Beginners are always welcome!
We offer ChickFIT 3 times per week Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.30-10.15.
You will be taught to strike effectively with both your hands and your legs. At the end of most Friday sessions we run though some self defence techniques for 5-10 min. All while you are getting a great workout.
If you can’t make these times we also offer night time boxing classes on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 5.30-6.15pm or Tuesday & Thursday mornings 6 – 6.45am
We are a child friendly gym, so brining along you little ones is no problems at all.
We have no joining fees or lock in contracts and you can start whenever you like!!
