7 – 10 year olds

Our Tigers classes focus on martial arts skills and techniques, including discipline, basic techniques, and physical coordination.

Tigers classes learn MMA techniques and tactics, including striking, combos, basic and more advance kicking, stepping and distance control, and non-violent responses to bullies and confrontations.

Tigers practice light sparring with each other and their coaches to put into practice their techniques and develop their sparring skills, including sparring with hands and feet and grappling techniques on the ground.

Tigers will learn and practice:

  • Develop technique
  • Learn basic MMA tactics
  • Show self control
  • Support and help others
