4 – 6 year olds
Our Tiny Tigers classes focus on core martial arts skills, including discipline, basic techniques, and physical coordination.
The Tiny Tigers curriculum focuses on Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) aspects including punching, blocking, kicking and grappling. At this young age, the kids are introduced to these concepts and practice through fun repetition.
This provides them with foundational martial arts, physical and mental skills that sets them up well for progression to the Tigers class (7 to 10 year olds).
Tiny Tigers will learn and practice:
- Develop self-esteem
- Develop a sense of independence
- Promote physical strength
- Promote coordination and stamina
- Build fundamental motor skills
- Increase awareness of body and space
- Follow directions
- Show self control
